1.4d Demonstrate how and when to access support and advice about: partnership working, resolving conflicts

At times, you will need to access further support and advice about partnership working and resolving conflicts.

Your first port of call will usually be your manager who can offer their guidance to help you in difficult situations. They may have experienced a similar situation in the past and understand the best path to resolution. Other colleagues, especially those that are more senior or experienced may also be able to offer advice.

You can also access support by reading through your organisation’s policies and procedures for the correct way to progress or do your own research at your local library or via the Internet.
