As explained previously, your Personal Development Plan (PDP) should be a set of learning and development goals that are agreed between you and your manager.

As part of your Level 2 Diploma, you will need to provide evidence that you have contributed and agreed to your own PDP, therefore you will need to provide a copy of your PDP that is signed by both yourself and your manager. Your assessor may also want to have a professional discussion with you about how you agreed upon your goals and any progress that you have made in them thus far.
