Assessment criteria: 4.2 Describe how reflecting on a situation has improved own knowledge, skills and understanding

You will need to describe a situation that you have been in and the actions that you took, followed by the insights you gained from reflecting on it and how you would manage a similar situation differently should it arise in the future.

You may describe a situation whereby you forgot to perform some household tasks for a service and upon reflection you came to the realisation that you try to remember everything but there is just too much remember, so inevitably things are forgotten. To prevent this happening again in future, you write down a list of all the things you need to do at the beginning of the day and cross them off as they are complete.
