As part of the personal development unit, you will have created a Personal Development Plan (PDP).
Your PDP is a great way to demonstrate to your assessor that are able to record progress in relation to professional development, especially if you have reviewed it since you initially set the goals and have documented any actions you have taken and any objectives you have completed.
Other ways of recording progress that may be utilised by your organisation include a skills matrix, which records the competencies of all employees or folders of certificates that you have earned through training programmes.
