3.4 Access support and advice about: partnership working and resolving conflicts

Support and advice about partnership working and resolving conflicts can be obtained from several sources.

First and foremost, your manager should be able to support and offer guidance in all aspects of your work. Senior care workers and other colleagues may also be able to offer advice.

Support and advice may also be obtained from any training courses you undertake, whether in-house or provided by external partners. Your tutor will also be offer guidance.

External resources, such as unions, charities, informational websites and books can also be useful, as can reading through your organisations agreed ways of working to gain an understanding of how such situations are managed internally.
