By working in a way that is inclusive, you are ensuring that everyone has opportunities to participate.

This promotes equality because everybody is treated fairly and equitably. For example, by arranging to hold an activity at a venue that is on the ground floor, you are ensuring that wheelchair users are able to participate. This means that the activity is fair and inclusive for everybody.

Inclusive practice also supports diversity by ensuring that each individual’s unique characteristics are respected and valued. Individuals will not feel excluded or isolatedbecause of their differences.
