The primary aim of partnership working in Early Years settings is to improve outcomes for children. In order to do this, it is important to identify which records need to be completed in order to evidence the impact of the partnership.

There are a number of different types of records that can be used to capture data on partnership working in Early Years settings. These include:

  • Meeting minutes
  • Action plans
  • Assessment/evaluation reports

It is important to ensure that all relevant records are completed in a timely manner in order to effectively monitor and evaluate the impact of the partnership.
