For this assessment criterion, you will be required to demonstrate that you use learning opportunities to support your own professional development.
You could do this by reflecting on a particular area of your practice and evaluating how you could improve or by discussing how a training course had a positive impact on your practice.
It is essential that you maintain a record of all the learning opportunities you have taken advantage of, including mandatory training, workshops, supervision and team meetings. This will usually be documented as part of your Personal Development Plan or record of Continuing Professional Development (CPD). This record can be used to evidence your progression over time as well as provide perspective about how far you have come.
