The aims, objectives and values of your service will vary between different organisations.
Aims are the general goals that your organisation strives towards. They are often long-term and not bound by time constraints. For example an aim for a care company could be: To become the biggest care provider in a particular town.
Objectives are short-term goals that are usually the smaller steps needed to achieve the long-term aims. They will often be more specific and have a deadline. Following the example above, an objective for a care company could be: To obtain two new clients every month for the next 3 months.
Values are the guiding principles of your organisation. The tenets and characteristics that are important to them. For example, a value of a care company could be: To always be open and honest with our clients and admit when mistakes are made.
