Your own attitudes and behaviours can affect your emotional and spiritual well-being in a variety of ways. For example, if you cut yourself off from your family you would quickly feel lonely and unloved. On the other hand, if you were leading an active life and interacted with your friends and family often, you would feel valued and self-confident. This would then mean you have a good sense of identity and high self-esteem, and by extension, well-being.
